Episode 578

In the evening..
Gunjan returns from their house after decorating the entire house for Samrat's birthday.

Gunjan to Nupur - Di Samrat dikhayi nahi de raha?

Nupur - Haan woh hum sab ko apna birthday yaad dilane ki koshish kar raha tha par hum sab uski baat ignore kar rahe the toh woh shayad sad hoke apne kamre mein baitha hai.

Mayank - Aur usne apna room andar se lock kar diya hai.

Dia - Gunjan tum jaake dekho, maybe woh tumhari baat maan kar darwaza khol de.

Gunjan - (Gets worried about Samrat) Haan, main dekhti hoon.

Outside Samrat & Gunjan's bedroom..
Gunjan knocks the bedroom door & everyone else is standing away & watching Gunjan. Gunjan knocks the door for 3-4 times but Samrat doesn't respond. Gunjan knocks the door once again.

Gunjan - Samrat darwaza kholo..kya kar rahe ho? 

Samrat doesn't respond.

Gunjan - Dekho, yeh main last time door knock kar rahi hoon..agar tumne iss baar darwaza nahi khola toh main phir se shopping pe chali jaungi.

Samrat doesn't respond. Gunjan knocks the door for a final time. Samrat doesn't respond again. Gunjan turns to leave but suddenly Samrat opens the door & pulls Gunjan inside their bedroom & closes the door. Seeing this everyone smiles.

In Samrat & Gunjan's bedroom..
Samrat pins Gunjan towards the wall & keeps his hand on one side of the wall. Gunjan tries to escape from the other side but Samrat keeps his other hand too on the wall.

Gunjan - Haath hatao Samrat..mujhe jaana hai.

Samrat - Kahan jaana hai? Vaise bhi tumhare paas mere liye toh time hai hi nahi.

Gunjan - Time nahi hai isliye aayi na tumhare paas..

Samrat - Tum ab jaake aayi ho jab saara din nikal gaya aur mera b.. (Samrat stops)

Gunjan - Mera kya? (Gunjan pretends as if she has forgotten Samrat's birthday)

Samrat - (Removes his hand from the wall & turns around) Kuch nahi..

Gunjan - Accha yeh sab chodo, jaldi se ready ho jao.

Samrat - Ready? Kyun?

Gunjan - Hume kahin jaana hai.

Samrat - Kahan?

Gunjan - Woh actually na humare ghar ke baaki kamre (rooms) khali the so unke liye maine accha furniture dekhe market mein, wahi dekhne jaana hai.

Samrat - Oh..aur mujhe laga.. (Samrat feels sad)

Gunjan - Lagne lagane ka time gaya..jaldi ready ho jao, 8 baje tak sab shops band ho jayenge.

Samrat - Ok.

Samrat & Gunjan get ready & leave to go to their house. The gang including Ashwini have already reached Samrat & Gunjan's house & are waiting for Samrat & Gunjan to reach there. Samrat & Gunjan reach their house. Samrat feels that Gunjan has definitely planned something for him as she has brought him to their house.

Samrat - (Excitingly) Chashmish yeh toh humara ghar hai..furniture ke shop mein jaana tha na hume?

Gunjan - Haan par pehle saare kamro ki measurements toh le le, tab furniture le payenge na uske hisaab se..

Samrat - Oh.. (Feels sad again)

Gunjan opens the main door & there is darkness everywhere in their house. Both are standing at the entrance of their house while the gang is hiding so as to surprise Samrat. 

Samrat - Yahan itna andhera kyun hai?

Gunjan - Kyunki yahan koi nahi hai..ruko, main lights on kar deti hoon.

Gunjan goes to switch on the lights while Samrat is still standing at the entrance waiting for Gunjan to switch on the lights. Gunjan switches on the lights. Samrat is surprised when the lights are turned on. He looks around & there is a big smile on his face. Gunjan has decorated a wall of the living room with Samrat & hers picture from Talent Parade where Gunjan was singing on the stage with Samrat was playing his guitar. She hung the SaJan guitar which she gifted to Samrat on their honeymoon on another wall. On another wall, she put another picture where she & Samrat were starring at each other during 'Aakhein Khuli Ho' song in Morena just before their love confession. She then gives her hand to Samrat. Samrat holds Gunjan's hand & she takes him inside. As they reach exactly in between the house, Samrat sees a cake for him which had guitar on it & right in front of him there is a big audio visual screen on which 'Happy Birthday Samrat' is flashing with Samrat's picture on it. Gunjan then holds her ears & wishes Samrat.

Gunjan - (Holding her ears) Happy Birthday Samrat!

Samrat removes Gunjan's hands from her ears & hugs her.

Samrat - Thank you Chashmish. I love you.

Gunjan - I love you too Samrat. Aur I'm sorry.

Samrat - Sorry kyun?

Gunjan - Mujhe tumhara birthday yaad tha par maine tumhe yeh baat pata nahi lagne di kyunki mujhe tumhare liye yeh surprise plan karna tha..sorry ki maine tumse jhoot kaha..

Samrat - Itne acche surprise ke liye tumhe sab maaf hai Chashmish..

Gunjan smiles & so does Samrat.

The gang - (While hiding) Ahem ahem..

Samrat & Gunjan leave each other & the gang comes out & sings Happy Birthday song for Samrat. Gunjan then asks Samrat to cut the cake. Samrat picks up the knife in his right hand & takes Gunjan hand from his left hand & makes her hold the knife with him & they both cut the cake together. Samrat feeds the cake to Gunjan & so does Gunjan. Gunjan kisses Samrat on his cheek while the gang teases them. Samrat then feeds the cake to Mayank & so does Mayank & Mayank wishes him a Happy Birthday & hugs him. Samrat then feed the cake to Nupur & Nupur too feed him with the cake & then she takes some cream & applies it on Samrat's nose.

Nupur - (Laughing) Happy Birthday Samrat.

Samrat - Thank you saali ji.

Samrat & Nupur laugh aloud. Samrat then feeds the cake to Dia. Dia then takes Samrat's hand & feed him the cake in his hand & hugs him.

Dia - Many Many Happy Returns of the Day Sammy. (Smiling)

Samrat - Thank you Candy. (Winks)

Uday & Benji come towards Samrat smiling weirdly & their hands behind the back. Samrat was about to feed them the cake but they remove their hand from the back & rub the cake in their hands on Samrat's face.

Benji - Isse kehte hain Happy wala Birthday.

Uday - Ab lag raha hai aaj tumhara birthday hai.

Samrat - Tumhe toh main..

Samrat grabs some more cake in his hand & runs behing Benji & Uday. Everyone else except Ashwini laugh looking at this. Ashwini is standing aside busy thinking.

Ashwini - (In her mind) Ek ke baad ek mere saare plans fail ho rahe hain..kabhi Gunjan ki vajah se toh kabhi uske stupid friends ki vajah se..mujhe ek baar mein hi kuch bada karna padega jisse yeh saara kissa hi khatam ho jaaye..jisse na rahe Gunjan aur na rahe uske liye Samrat ka pyaar..

Gunjan sees Ashwini standing alone & so she comes to Ashwini.

Gunjan - Kya baat hai Ashwini, tumne Samrat ko wish nahi kiya?

Ashwini - Nahi Di woh mujhe laga unhe accha nahi lage toh..

Gunjan - Kyun accha nahi lagega? Zarur accha lagega..jao jaa kar unhe wish karke aao.

Samrat washes his face from the washroom & comes outside with a towel in his hand. Samrat comes to him to wish him.

Ashwini - Happy Birthday Samrat..

Samrat looks at her with a confused look on his face.

Ashwini - I mean Samrat sir..

Samrat - Thanks.

Dia calls Samrat as she didn't want Samrat to talk much to Ashwini. Samrat goes to Dia.

Dia - Sammy woh na..

Everyone was busy talking. Everyone stops when they hear some music being played by the orchestra team. Gunjan then takes the mike & starts singing.

Gunjan - Haan aa o.. (Gunjan signals the orchestra team to start flashing the pictures on the audio visual screen) Main jaan yeh vaar doon..
Har jeet bhi haar doon..
Keemat ho koi tujhe beintehaa pyaar doon..

Gunjan walks upto Samrat & stands in front of him, looks in his eyes & continues singing.

Gunjan - Main jaan yeh vaar doon..
Har jeet bhi vaar doon..
Keemat ho koi tujhe beintehaa pyaar doon..

Gunjan then picks up a rose & gives it Samrat & Samrat takes it from her & she continues to sing.

Gunjan - Saari hadein meri, Ab maine tod di..
Dekar mujhe pata, Aawargi ban gaye..
Haan hasi ban gaye, (Gunjan smiles) Haan nami ban gaye.. (Samrat smiles)
Tum mere aasmaan, (Gunjan points towards the roof) Meri zameen ban gaye.. (Gunjan points towards the floor)
Aa o..aa..

Samrat & Gunjan's pictures are flashing on the audio visual screen & the gang is looking at them with big smiles on their faces while Ashwini is fuming in anger & jealousy. Samrat is really impressed by Gunjan. Gunjan keeps her mike aside & puts her hand forward to ask Samrat for a dance & Samrat gives his hand in Gunjan's hand & Gunjan takes him to the stage & keeps his hand on her waist and they start dancing looking in each other's eyes. Gunjan continues her song.

Gunjan - Kya khoob rab ne kiya.. 
Ban maange itna diya..
Varna hai milta kahan..
Hum kaafiron ko khuda..

Gunjan stops her song. She kisses Samrat's hands & removes Samrat's hand from her mouth & continues her song.

Gunjan - Haan hasi ban gaye, Haan nami ban gaye..
Tum mere aasmaan, Meri zameem ban gaye..
O..
Aa..o..

Gunjan completes her song & everyone claps for her. Benji whistles for her.

Nupur - Kya baat hai Gunjan! Tune toh kamal kar diya by God..

Dia - Wow Gunjan..amazing.

Mayank - Good job Gunjan.

Uday - Aakhir behen kiski hai.. (Uday acts to raise his collar)

Dia - (Beats Uday) Shut up Dodo!

Samrat & Gunjan come down from the stage.

Nupur - By the way Samrat..tumhe pata hai yeh saara arrangement Gunjan ne apne haathon se kiya hai.

Samrat - (Looks at Gunjan) Sach?

Gunjan nods her head shyly to imply a yes.

Mayank - I must say Samrat, tum bahut lucky ho ki tumhe Gunjan jaisi itni sweet wife mili.

Nupur - Haan toh main kya sweet nahi hoon? (Asks looking at Mayank angrily)

Mayank - Mera woh matlab nahi tha Nupur..

Nupur - Chup raho..mujhe sab pata hai.

Dia, Benji & Uday laugh looking at Mayank & Nupur. Samrat holds Gunjan's hand & takes her in a room, away from everyone.

Gunjan - Samrat yeh kya kar rahe ho? Sab kya sochenge?

Samrat - Sabko pata hai hum husband-wife hain..koi kuch nahi sochega.

Gunjan - Par..

Samrat makes Gunjan sits on the bed & sits on his knees in front of her.

Samrat - (Puts his finger on Gunjan's lips) Sshh.. (Pauses) Toh yeh sab tumne kiya hai?

Gunjan turns her face away & nods her head to imply a yes.

Samrat - (Turns Gunjan's towards his) Yahan dekh kar jawab do..

Gunjan nods her head looking at Samrat to imply a yes.

Samrat - Ab sir hila hi diya hai toh apne muh se bhi bol do na..please? (Makes a baby face)

Gunjan - Haan yeh sab maine apne haathon se kiya hai.

Samrat smiles & hugs Gunjan. Gunjan hugs him back.

Samrat - I love you Chashmish..yeh mere life ka sabse best birthday hai.

Gunjan - Hona bhi chahiye..kyunki yeh humare shaadi ke baad tumhara pehle birthday hai.

Samrat smiles & Gunjan too smiles. Both leave each other. Samrat kisses Gunjan's hands.

Samrat - Thank you so much Chashmish mere liye itna kuch karne ke liye..tum meri life mein sabse special ho.

Gunjan - Aur mere life mein tum..

Samrat - Par tumne itna sab kuch akele kyun kiya? Baaki sab ki madad le leti na..

Gunjan - Nahi le sakti thi..

Samrat - Kyun?

Gunjan - Kyunki mujhe tumhare birthday ke liye kuch special karna tha, khud se..aur agar baki sab meri madad karte toh usme mera contribution kam hota..aur tumhe special feel karwane ke liye maine sab karne ka socha.

Samrat - Mujhe tumhari yehi quality bahut pasand hai..

Gunjan - Kaunsi quality?

Samrat - Yehi ki tum mehenge mehenge gifts mein nahi believe karti ho, tumhe kuch simple & apna sa pasand hai aur wohi tumne mere liye kiya..har kisi ki life mein aisa pal nahi aata..gifts ko koi bhi khareed sakta hai par pyaar sab ke naseeb mein nahi hota aur main bahut lucky hoon ki mujhe pyaar mila..mujhe tum mili.

Gunjan - Tumhare saamne mera pyaar kuch nahi hai Samrat..tum mere liye jitna karte ho, uske saamne yeh kuch nahi hai..main apni jaan bhi... (Samrat closes Gunjan's mouth with his hand)

Samrat - Please Chashmish..aaj aisi baatein mat karo..main apne life ka har birthday tumhare saath manana chahta hoon..

Gunjan - (Removes Samrat's hand from her mouth) Aur main tumhare har birthday pe tumhare saath rahungi, kuch bhi ho jaaye..

Samrat - Promise? (Puts his hand forward to take promise from Gunjan)

Gunjan - (Puts her hand on Samrat's hand) Promise.

Both smile. Both come in the living room.

Nupur - Vaise..tum dono akele mein kya kar rahe the?

Dia - Nupur wohi jo sab karte hai..roma...

Mayank - Guys bas..un dono ki shaklein dekho..

Nupur & Dia laugh.

Samrat - Bauji aur aunty ji nahi aaye?

Benji - Haan woh unhone kaha ki woh humare beech mein kya karenge toh woh ghar par hi bacchon ke saath reh gaye.

Samrat - Ohh..ok.
Orchestra team plays romantic music & everyone dances except Ashwini.
